BROILED CRAB CAKES
Ingredients for Broiled Crab Cakes
* 1 1/2 pounds crab meat, backfin, cartilage and shells removed
* 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
* 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
* 3 tablespoons minced onion
* 1 egg

How to Cook Broiled Crab Cakes
1. Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties.
2. Broil 6 inches from heat source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
3. Serve immediately.
4. Makes 6 servings of 3 ounces each.
