BUTTERSCOTCH POPCORN |
Ingredients for Butterscotch Popcorn
* 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
* 1 C. white corn syrup
* 1/4 C. butter
* 12 C. popped popcorn
* 1 (12 oz.) can salted peanuts
How to Cook Butterscotch Popcorn
1. Preheat oven to 300ºF.
2. In saucepan, combine butterscotch morsels, corn syrup and butter.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture boils.
4. Place popcorn and nuts in greased roasting pan.
5. Pour mixture over popcorn; toss to coat well.
6. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
7. Remove from oven, stir every 10 minutes until slightly cool.
8. Wait to cool completely.
