Alaska Salmon Salad Sandwich |
* 15 1/2 ounces canned Alaska salmon
* 1/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt
* 1/3 cup chopped green onions
* 1/3 cup chopped celery
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* Black pepper, to taste
* 12 slices bread
How to make Alaska Salmon Salad Sandwich
1. Drain and flake salmon.
2. Add salmon, non-fat yogurt, green onions, celery, and lemon juice into a bowl.
3. Stir in all ingredients in the bowl except pepper and bread.
4. Season with pepper to taste. Spread salmon mixture on half of bread slices; top with remaining bread.
5. Cut sandwiches into halves or quarters.
6. Makes 6 sandwiches.
