Ingredients for Banana Almond Cream (Yields 2 1/2 c)
* 3 medium bananas
* 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
* 1/2 c. water
* 1/2 tsp. honey
* 1/4 c. almonds
* 1/8 tsp. salt
How to make Banana Almond Cream
1. BLEND all ingredients together until satiny smooth.
2. SERVE over BAKED ROLLED OATMEAL or other hot cereal, FRENCH TOAST, or WAFFLES.
