TURKEY-CABBAGE CASSEROLE

Ingredients for Turkey Cabbage Casserole
* 1 c shredded Cabbage
* 1 pound Ground turkey
* 1/2 c chopped Onions
* 1 c uncooked White rice
* 2 c Tomato sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon Ground oregano

How to Cook Turkey Cabbage Casserole
1. Place shredded cabbage in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
2. In skillet cook turkey until browned and no longer pink in color.
3. Add chopped onions; stir occasionally and cook 3 minutes.
4. Add uncooked rice to cooked turkey.
5. Place turkey-rice mixture over cabbage in casserole dish.
6. Combine tomato sauce, garlic, and oregano.
7. Pour over cooked turkey.
8. Cover and bake at 350˚ F, about 1 hour.
