Ingredients for Jamaican Punch
* 1/4 lb Lump Sugar
* 1 quart Clear
* 2 cup Lemon Juice
* 1 quart Gin
* 1 pint Jamaican Rum (dark rum)
* 1 tsp Angostura Bitters
* 1 quart Ginger Ale (chilled)
* Oranges
Optional
* Mint, Cherries, Orange Slices
How to Make Jamaican Punch
1. Rub sugar lumps on the oranges so they may absorb the oil from the orange rind.
2. Place the sugar in a punch bowl.
3. Add the cool tea and mix until the sugar has dissolved.
4. Add the lemon juice,gin,rum and bitters.
5. Pour in ginger ale.
6. Add ice and garnish with mint, cherries, and orange slices.
