Ingredients for Healthy Garden Burgers Sandwich
* 2 medium carrots, grated
* 1/2–1 c. celery, chopped
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1/2 c. tomato juice
* 1 tsp. parsley
* 1/4 c. barley, wheat flakes, or rolled oats
* 1/2 c. quick oats
* 1 tsp. salt
* 1 c. sunflower seeds, ground
* 1/8 tsp. sweet basil
How to Make Healthy Garden Burgers Sandwich
1. Carrots, onion, and celery may be finely chopped in food processor.
2. MIX well with remaining ingredients.
3. FORM patties with ice cream scoop or spoon.
4. BAKE on parchment paper covered cookie sheet at 350° for 30 minutes.
